3. Session Recordings
All coaching sessions conducted through Coach Theory are recorded. These recordings are used for quality assurance, coach training and development, and the safety of both coaches and clients. By using the platform, you consent to the recording of your sessions. Recordings are stored securely and access is strictly limited.
4. Data Storage & Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. While no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
5. Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Coach Theory does not store your credit card numbers or payment card details on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by their own privacy policy and terms of service.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

8. Third-Party Services
Coach Theory uses Stripe for payment processing. When you make a payment, your information is shared with Stripe solely for the purpose of completing the transaction. We encourage you to review Stripe's privacy policy. We do not share your personal information with any other third-party services for marketing purposes.
9. Children's Privacy
Coach Theory is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
